Human Resource Management & Personal Entrepreneurship

There is a general understanding that the promotion of employee engagement is vital for the success of organisations. It is, however, often very difficult to apply the theory, that employees are an organisation’s most valuable asset, in practice.

Therefor, the research group HRM and personal entrepreneurship focuses on two main topics:

  • HRM: developing and implementing a renewed vision of HR policies and instruments and the repositioning of HR departments
  • Personal Entrepreneurship: developing and implementing policies and instruments to stimulate entrepreneurship in order to make employees more able to take responsibility for their own work and careers.

Goal of this research group is to optimise the balance between organisational and individual goals.
