Have you decided which course you would like to follow at INHolland University of Applied Sciences? You can register online in Studielink for the course of your choice. Please read the recommendations below to help you with your application in Studielink.
Living in The Netherlands or abroad?
In the menue on the left side you can choose between the option enrolling when you live in the Netherlands or enrolling when you live abroad. Please note that INHolland welcomes students from abroad, but registration can take longer due to the procedures needed to verify the qualifications. We therefore recommend you to apply as soon as possible.
Additional documents
When you register with INHolland, you will need to submit the following additional documents:
- A copy of the pages in your passport with identifying information or a photocopy of your European identity card.
- A copy of a valid residence permit which proves you are entitled to stay in the Netherlands. This only applies to students from outside the EU/EER or Switzerland and when you are older than 18 years at the start of your course.
- A certified copy of your diploma (signed and stamped by the appropriate authority such as your school) or degree certificate and final grades of your school-leaving certificate of pre-university education that entitles you to attend the bachelor's degree course of your choice. If you still need to sit your final exams, you can send us your gradelists over the past years. Note that for final enrollment you still have to send us a certified copy as soon as you pass your exams (see admission requirements for further details)
- If applicable, a certified translation of your educational qualifications or diploma and grade lists (see admission requirements)
- If applicable, a motivation letter.
- If applicable, a copy of your IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge certificate for English taught programmes
- If applicable, a copy of your NT2 certificate for Dutch taught programmes.
- If applicable, quota proof (only for Mondzorgkunde) The results of the quota process will be announced via Studielink.
- If applicable (for students with a WAEC certificate), a WAEC verification code.
- If applicable a Neso certificate ( for Chinese Students)
To meet all the requirements of registration, INHolland will also send you the following forms:
- authorisation for the payment of tuition fees (not applicable for student who applied for visa through INHolland University)
- passport photo form (for your student card)

Admission requirements
An essential requirement for foreign students wishing to enter a Dutch institution of higher education is that they are able to understand, speak, read and write English at a good level. The IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge courses are designed to assess this requirement. All students need to have an IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge certificate, except for students with the nationality of one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, United States of America, Australia, Canada, South Africa.
We recommend you to check the admission requirements and diploma requirements before your application in Studielink.
Authorisation for payment of tuition fees
Once your application has been confirmed, INHolland will send you, some time before the beginning of the academic year, an authorisation for the payment of tuition fees. Fill this in, sign it and send it back to INHolland. Your enrolment is assured as soon as we have received this form and all your other enrolment conditions have been met.

Studentcard
As soon as you are admitted, the Student Administration Desk will send your student card before the start of the academic year. This card is proof of registration and you must be able to show your student card during lectures and exams.
Please note: all documents must be sent to the Student Administration Desk before the beginning of the academic year, which is 1 September or 1 February, depending on the start of the programme.
Change of address
New address? Inform INHolland as well as Studielink in time to change your address details. INHolland and the IB Group will be automatically informed of the change. If you are unable to use Studielink, then you can always send an email with your new address to the Student Administration Desk csa@INHolland.nl.
Studielink keeps you up to date
You will be kept up to date of your application process by email through Studielink. INHolland will inform you by post and e-mail on any issues concerning your registration. So, please keep checking your inbox and letterbox!
