G.M.C. (Jet) de Ranitz

Jet de Ranitz (1970) has been Chair of the Executive Board of Inholland University of Applied Sciences since 1 December 2014. She is responsible for strategy, strategic communication (internal and external), external representation, representative advisory bodies, safety policy, diversity and governance issues. 

Before taking up office at Inholland, Jet de Ranitz was Chair of the Executive Board of Amsterdam University of the Arts and Managing Director of the Nederlands Dans Theater dance company in The Hague, and before that, Director of the School of Economics and Management at Tilburg University. 

De Ranitz is also:  

  • Acting Chair of the Praemium Erasmianum Foundation. 
  • Chair of the Human Capital Steering Group, Amsterdam Economic
  • Vice-chair of the Supervisory Board of Dutch public service broadcaster NTR, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. 
  • Chair of the jury for the Young Talent Award, Top Woman of the Year Foundation [‘Stichting Topvrouw van het jaar’].
  • A member of the Supervisory Board of the healthcare foundation Stichting Espria, and member of the quality committee
  • A member of the Supervisory Board of Holland Festival.
  • A member of the Advisory Board, Police Academy.
