Do you have any questions about this programme, or about Inholland? I'm happy to help.
Hello there! My name is Sophia and I am studying Business Innovation at Inholland Diemen. Being an international student, I am going to tell you why I decided to study abroad.
After I graduated and did a gap year, I did not know what to study. Through my experience abroad I knew that I wanted to study internationally. Doing some research, I found the Netherlands the ideal country. Now the only thing was: what should I study? I knew that I wanted to do something practical but business related. Most other business programmes have a lot of theory and you have to sit in a lecture with hundreds of other students. I did not want to just be a number out of many.
After lot of research, I found Business Innovation. Business combined with innovation and creativity? That sounded like something just for me. I attended the Open Day and immediately decided that this was the right study programme. First of all, it is international. Working in an environment with people from so many different cultures and backgrounds is becoming more and more important in the globalising business sector.
What makes this programme so unique is the innovation part. The world constantly changes and companies need to adjust to keep their business. They need innovation. Imagine Apple, Tesla or Nike without it. Having the same phone in a couple of years? That is nowadays almost impossible because customers needs change all the time.
Here at Business Innovation we learn how to cope with these changes and come up with creative and innovative concepts, learning something new every day. Yes, sometimes you have to work hard, but I promise you, it is loads of fun!
If you have any questions regarding studying here (it might be abroad for you as well) or anything else, do not hesitate to send me a message, I am happy to help you.
