Why Internationalisation: would you like to contribute to our international vision and mission?
By means of internationalisation, we prepare students for a world that is becoming increasingly culturally diverse and for a globalised labour market. We want to give students and colleagues the knowledge and skills they need to handle this; examples include internationalisation within our curriculum and research, (physical or online) mobility through exchanges and cooperation with an international network. As a colleague or student, we would like to invite you to help build our future-proof vision that will serve as a blueprint for internationalisation at Inholland and will be included in the strategic plans for the years ahead.
Working together in co-creation
Together, we can develop a widely supported internationalisation vision in an innovative and co-creative way. Focusing on the basic question ‘Why Internationalisation?’, we will hold three half-day sessions. We will work in small groups (via breakout rooms) under professional guidance. The working method will really give you the opportunity to let your voice be heard as a participant. The sessions will be held in both English and Dutch.
Student or colleague? Everyone is welcome
We are naturally looking for students and colleagues who feel this topic is important and/or have new ideas, and who are interested in all possibilities, preferably with a critical eye. Everyone at Inholland can make their voice heard! Does this appeal to you, as an Inholland colleague or as an international or Dutch student? If so, be sure to sign up!
When putting together the group, we would like to achieve the maximum possible diversity in terms of students and colleagues from different locations, domains and departments. This may mean that, if there is a great deal of interest, we will have to select participants with a view to achieving broad-based representation. So if you would like to be included, be sure to register your interest already!
When will the sessions be held?
Three half-day online sessions are scheduled on the afternoon of Thursday 30 September, the morning of Tuesday 12 October and the afternoon of Thursday 4 November. We consider it important for you to attend all three sessions. This will allow us to work as a team towards the outcome: Inholland's vision and mission on internationalisation.
