Rent a room in Delft
Inholland has a limited amount of furnished rooms available for new first year international students (including students from Surinam and the Caribbean).
Please note: the rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend you to apply as soon as possible. We can't guarantee a room for every student.
You can already get a DUWO room in The Hague while still in the application process for the study programme. However, to receive the keys of your room at the start of the contract, your application for the study programme has to be complete on 1 August 2023 latest. This means that:
If your application is not complete by 1 August, we will cancel your rental contract.
In case you decide to withdraw from the study programme before the start of the semester, you will still have to pay the first month rent + administration costs
Fixed renting periods for academic year 2023/2024
Please keep in mind that it is not possible to extend the rental contract after the end-date mentioned above.
When signing the tenancy agreement, you commit to paying the rent until the last day of the rental period. It is not possible to cancel the tenancy agreement before the end date.
The online application form for 2023/2024 will be available on Monday 15 May 2023 at 9AM. The deadline to fill out the form is Friday 23 June 2023 at 9AM. During this period, you can apply through the link below.
What happens after my application?
Soon after the deadline, we will offer you a room if available. You will have 2 days to accept the room. Please notice that this is the only offer that you will receive. If you reject the offer, you will not receive another one. Be prepared to take actions when you receive emails and make sure you have the money for the first payment ready.

Isaac da Costalaan has 3 room-apartments. You have your own room, and you share the shower, kitchen, and toilet with your 2 housemates. On the ground floor, each group has their own storage space where you can park your bicycle. In front of the building, you can park for free, and you can also rent a garage in the building. All included monthly rent is between approximately €431-€513.

You have a private furnished apartment with your own front door. It includes a private kitchen, shower, and toilet. All included monthly rent is between approximately €520-€565.

This location has private studios with a kitchen, shower, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a large common area where you can meet fellow students, and there is a garden where you can study or relax. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. All included monthly rent is between approximately €460-€735.
