Fascinated by the technique behind moving machines? Enter the world of Aeronautical Engineering.
Aeronautical Engineering is about the research, design, development, construction, testing, science and technology of aircraft. In recent years, aeronautical engineering has become one of the major overlapping branches of aerospace engineering. The four-year Aeronautical Engineering programme focusses on designing and constructing aircraft and aircraft components. You will learn about engineering in general and you will gain practical experience during your internship. If you are fascinated by the history and methodology behind moving machines, aeronautical engineering is the programme for you.
A group of rocket enthusiasts at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Delft started the Aquilo team in 2014. What started as a graduation project has grown into a full-blown team. And every year, this team builds lightweight rockets from composite materials such as glass and carbon fibre. Every year, new motivated students from the Aeronautical Engineering and Aeronautical Technology programmes join the team.
Do you have questions about studying at Inholland? Who better to ask than one of our current students? Whether you're curious about the details of your degree programme, student life, or the Netherlands in general, our students are happy to share their experiences and help you make the decision that's right for you.
