When you apply for a room via Inholland, you commit to paying the rent for a minimum of 1 semester. It is not possible to cancel the tenancy agreement before the end date in the contract.

The online application form for Fall semester 2026-27 opens on 15 May 2026 9AM CET.  The deadline to fill out the form is 24 May 2026 9AM CET. During this period, you can apply through the link below. Please note: first come first served!

What happens after my application?

In the week of 24 November, you will receive more information about the next steps. You will have 2 days to accept the room. Please notice that this is the only offer that you will receive. If you reject the offer, you will not receive another one. Be prepared to take actions when you receive e-mails and make sure you have the money for the first payment ready.

These 'rooms' are studio apartments: they include a private bathroom and kitchenette. The size of the studio is approximately 20 m2. Each studio is designed for one student. It is therefore not possible to live together with a friend in one studio.

All the studios are fully furnished and self-contained. A bed linen set, and a basic kitchen inventory package will be waiting for you upon arrival. There’s a common room on the ground floor where students can socialize, and there’s also a laundry equipped with washing machines and driers. You can park your bicycle in the locked bike parking area in the building.

Waldorpstraat 47

Location Waldorpstraat

The Waldorpstraat apartment building has 3- and 4-room apartments. These are in general single gender apartments. You will have your own bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom and lavatory are shared with two or three other students. All rooms are furnished. These facilities are included in the rent, as well as a bed linen set, gas, water, electricity, heating and *internet.

• Please note that the standard internet is available through a LAN cable. If you want to use the LAN connection on your laptop, make sure you bring your own cable. If you prefer wireless Internet, then you should buy a router.
• Attention: important information about your rental period of Waldorpstraat 47.

We will be fully renovating and refurnishing the entire building within a year, including new furniture, flooring, and curtains. During these works, it will be necessary for you to temporarily relocate (for 3 weeks) to a comparable room on another floor in the same building. After the renovation, you will return to your own room, which will be completely transformed: a fresh, modern space with new, stylish furniture, sleek flooring, and high-quality curtains that create a warm and contemporary look. Everything will feel brand new, comfortable, and finished to a high standard – a place where you will immediately notice the difference and feel at home. A temporary move with a great final result!
