How to apply

How to apply

You can already get a DUWO room while still in the application process for the study programme. However, to receive the keys of your room at the start of the contract, your application for the study programme has to be complete on 1 December 2025 latest. This means that:

  1. Your (foreign) diploma has been validated by the Admissions Office.
  2. Your proof of English proficiency has been checked by the Admissions Office (if applicable).

If your application is not complete by 1 December 2025, we will cancel your rental contract.

In case you decide to withdraw from the study programme before the start of the semester, you will still have to pay the first month rent + administration costs
