Intake Information Technology
It’s important that you choose a programme you'll enjoy and help you reach your goals. The Intake lets you confirm whether Information Technology is right for you. It's a mandatory step if you want to do any full-time bachelor's degree in the Netherlands. Students who live in the Netherlands are invited for a Intake on campus. Students who live abroad are invited for an online Intake via MS Teams.
The Intake helps you determine whether the programme you have chosen really suits you. Not only because you will then enjoy your programme more, but also because you will have a greater chance of successfully completing it.
The Intake comprises the following steps:
- Complete an online questionnaire beforehand. This test gives an impression of your motivation, your study behaviour and your orientation on the programme. After completing the test, you will immediately receive the results by e-mail.
- If applicable, complete a homework assignment* beforehand.
- Participate in the Intake session at Inholland or online. During the Intake you will receive information about the content of the programme, we will discuss the homework assignment and you can ask questions to determine whether the programme suits you. If you live abroad, we'll invite you for an only Intake via Teams.
- You will receive a personal Intake recommendation. You will receive a written recommendation by email within a few days.

The snake assignment has to be handed in before the Intake event starts.
In this Moodle course you can hand in the assignment for the Intake before starting the programme of Information Technology. We hope you enjoy the assignment and get even more motivated to start the programme. We will look at your attempt at rounding off the assignment and see if you can finish these.
What does the Intake include?
The Intake for Information Technology consists of an online questionnaire that you complete at home. This test gives an impression of your motivation, your study behaviour and the way you have oriented yourself towards studying Information Technology. After completing the test, you will immediately receive the results by e-mail. During the intake you will receive information about the content of the programme and you can ask questions to determine whether the programme suits you.
