What happens after my application?
Soon after the deadline, we will offer you a room if available. You will have 2 days to accept the room, so please keep an eye on your email and be ready to respond quickly.

  1. Access the ROOM.nl portal
If a room is available, you will receive an email from Inholland as soon as possible after the application deadline with login details for the ROOM.nl portal. This may take a few days to two weeks. In this portal, you can view the available rooms, including photos and important information.
  2. Select your room
After receiving the email with login details, you will have two days to choose a room. If you do not make a selection within this period, your booking opportunity will expire and you will no longer be able to reserve a room. Please note that this is the only offer that you will receive. If you reject the offer, you will not receive another one.
  3. Upload your documents
After selecting a room, you will receive instructions from DUWO to upload the necessary documents to the DUWO portal. Do so within three days after selecting your room. From this point onwards, DUWO will be your main contact for all accommodation-related communication. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder regularly so you don't miss anything.
  4. Make your payment
DUWO will also send you instructions on how to arrange the initial payment, usually within two weeks after approval of your documents. Be prepared to transfer the first payment to finalise your booking.
  5. Sign your contract
Finally, you will be asked to digitally sign your contract in the DUWO portal, also within two weeks. Once the contract is signed, your booking is confirmed.

Please note: You need to pay and sign your contract within two weeks after DUWO has approved your documents. If you do not meet the deadlines, your reservation will be cancelled.
