Short term stay

Short term stay for exchange students

If you are staying for one or two semesters, you may rent a furnished room through DUWO. This type of rental is called 'Short Stay Housing'.

All our accommodation is fully booked,  but you will find the application form here when we accept new students.

Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy
Exchange students Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy are not able to apply for student accommodation via Duwo. You will receive separate information about accommodation from the programme coordinator. Additionally, you rent through Eb en Vloed Zandvoort (rental period 10 Sept 2018 – 13 April 2019).

Long term stay

Long term stay for bachelor's students

If you study at Inholland for a longer time (a year or more), you will be offered a one year rental contract. After renting for one year, you will have to find your own accommodation. You cannot prolong your room after this first year.

All our accommodation is fully booked,  but you will find the application form here when we accept new students.

We recommend that you register with Studentenwoningweb as soon as you arrive in the Netherlands. This is important, because student rooms are scarce and there is a long waiting list! When your first year is over and your contract with DUWO ends, you may be eligible for student accommodation through Studentenwoningweb.

Finding your own accommodation

We advise students to start looking for accommodation at an early stage. Join one of the many Facebook groups or use one of the websites below:

As in any other place, you have to be aware of scams and fake accounts. Therefore, we strongly advice you to not make any payments before signing an official rental contract. Always meet the owner in person, and make sure you have seen the room before signing a contract or paying any bills.

Please note that the above parties are in no way related to Inholland University of Applied Sciences. This means that Inholland does not take responsibility for any contact the student has with one of those parties.
