At Inholland University of Applied Sciences, we believe that being aware of your pension is important no matter your age. That is why we are organising a specific online workshop for international colleagues, together with ABP, to answer all your pension-related questions.

- Value transfer (international transfer)
For employees who intend to return to their country of origin or move to a third country, it is important to understand how pension rights can be transferred. - Additional deposits (ABP Extra Pension)
You can increase your pension accrual through additional deposits. This is particularly relevant for those who got a late start accruing their pension in the Netherlands. - What if I leave the Netherlands?
This question is very important for international colleagues who plan to leave the Netherlands at some point. We will discuss the impact on your pension and what steps you can take. - The 30% ruling
Specific information about how the 30% ruling will influence your pension contributions and payments and what this means for your net income and pension accrual.
