Do you want a fresh start to your day, and some peace and quiet? Would you like to recharge and reset amidst a day of online studying, teaching and working? Join us for the Mindful Break, every morning (from now on) at 08.30 via Microsoft Streams. Sabine van Dijken and other Inholland-colleagues and students who are trainers in mindfulness and yoga, guide you in their exercises. 

The Mindful Break is ‘down to earth’. Hence, no woolliness, incense, or mantra’s, but merely paying attention to yourself in the moment. Go to the Mindful Break Online for streaming. Click on the icon ‘follow’ to add it to your favorites. This way you can find the new video every day or join for the live-event. You can also share your experience, we are excited to hear your opinion. You can post your comment under the videos.

Are you unable to join at that particular time, or do you want to recharge and reset another moment of the day? You can! You can review the Mindful Break anytime you want.
