Making the Invisible Visible: Exposition about Digital Rights

Do you know your digital rights? What do they look like? Feel like? How can we make that visible?
These are the questions that kicked off the newest project of Inholland's Sustainable Media Lab (SML): Making the Invisible Visible.

Inholland students collaborated with students from Meiji University in Tokyo to create a joint exhibition around some of the most urgent societal challenges surrounding digital rights. Students from both universities learned about digital rights and how visual communication can be utilized to cross cultural borders and raise awareness.

These exhibitions were inspired by how advocacy campaigns use visual communication to make often invisible challenges like privacy, equality, and freedom of expression more relatable. Last week  the students showed the exhibition in the main lobby of Inholland The Hague.
