What happens when students not only participate in education but also serve as the connecting link within that education? Within the Creative Business Labs, students and faculty collaborated to improve project-based education. Students contributed their own experiences and took on a new role as a bridge between students and faculty. They picked up on signals, supported fellow students, and highlighted what was happening in practice.
What this pilot demonstrates is the power of that bridging role: brief conversations, quick signals, and honest feedback immediately improve education. At the same time, it highlights how important clear roles and visibility are for this to work effectively. The case study shows how student partners can make a difference in daily educational practice.
