Effective nutrition education for primary schools should be practice-oriented, repeated but realistically scheduled, and designed using persuasive design elements such as practice, reduction, social learning and simulation. Feasibility depends primarily on time, resources and organisational support. These findings provide actionable guidance for developers and schools seeking to create feasible and meaningful nutrition education tools.
