Create your own business plan. Learn how to apply social media effectively in communicating with clients. Develop a new destination in a sustainable way. What you need to know about Tourism Management

  1. You are mainly learning by doing and, from the third year onwards, are working on real-life cases from real clients in multidisciplinary teams – exactly the way it goes in the business world.
  2. You are studying in Amsterdam/Diemen, the largest metropolitan area in the Netherlands and amidst the tourist hotspots of Amsterdam, at a location with an informal atmosphere and with lecturers that have a background in the actual work field.
  3. This full-time programme is internationally oriented.
  4. Work placements abroad are the rule rather than the exception.
  5. You quickly gain insights into the work environment of the tourism industry and the importance of sustainability and social responsibility within the sector.
  6. You are following your own programme and choosing from a wide range of optional tracks (from year 3 onward) at our location in Amsterdam/Diemen, one of our other locations or even abroad.
